So often in our busy lives we forget the value of being among the trees.
When was the last time you absorbed the sounds of nature?
How often do you take time to feel your connection to the lands that you call home?
This meditative adventure is designed to reconnect us to the sacred indigenous lands that have been preserved + protected. We walk in silence to take in all the sounds around us + embrace the experience of being out in nature fully while Native American Flute music fills the air 🎶
As we move through the woods absorbing all the sights + sounds for a while, we will find an area to rest + do a seated meditation, some gentle stretching + a sound bath to connect on a deeper level to Mother Earth. To conclude, we take the feelings we have cultivated on our journey back to…
