Join us for a slow flow yoga, meditation + sound bath experience at the golden hour in West Palm Beach!
End the weekend with some mindful movement + meditation! We gather under the banyan trees to move, breathe, release tension + explore sensation in our bodies. This 60 min class is suitable for all levels of practice + offered by donation. Over looking the beautiful sunset over the lake at Sunset Park, this is a great opportunity to slow down + take in the beauty of nature on your mat!
*Bring a yoga mat, blanket, water, props such as yoga blocks, bolsters, knee pads + anything else you might need to support you in your practice!
*This event is weather dependant! Should a cancellation take place due to inclement weather, you will be notified via email at least an hour before the start time + your donation will be refunded…
